How to use
  • Adjust the level of absorbency as required, by adding 1 or 2 inserts, or wear the panty on its own.
  • Please note that XS, XXS and XXXS sizes have a lower liquid retention capacity.
How it fits

With a variety of sizes, each person can find the perfect underwear for them, ensuring optimal protection.

To take your hip measurement, use a soft tape measure and hold it around the widest part of your hips, above your buttocks and horizontal. Take the measurement in inches, write it down and repeat the process to ensure accuracy.

  • XS: 32-34 inches
  • S: 35-37 inches
  • M: 38-40 inches
  • L: 41-42 inches
  • XL: 45-48 inches

If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Care Instructions

After use, rinse or soak your period underwear and insert pads in cold water to remove excess blood. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a mesh laundry bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, or bleach. Put in the machine to dry at low or medium temperature or hang dry.
