COLD PACK

• TPU outer layer with gel made from water, glycerol, and cellulose.
• Hand-wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap.

PROTECTIVE SLEEVE

• Side opening on the back to insert the pack, with snap buttons to secure it around underwear.
• Waterproof lining that lets the cold through — and only the cold.
• Size: 24 x 9 cm
• Made from 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton with a 100% polyurethane waterproof lining.
• Machine washable at 30°C.

STORAGE POUCH

• Stores up to 5 packs, for freezer storage or to carry with you anywhere.
• Size: 24 x 11 cm
• Outer fabric: 100% cotton. Inner lining: 100% polyurethane waterproof coating. Both Oeko-Tex certified.

• 1. Getting ready

Place the cold packs in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours. Slide one into the protective sleeve, then snap it onto your underwear just like a pad.

• 2. Enjoy & reset

Placed against the perineal area, the coolness gently spreads for about an hour, bringing soothing benefits that ripple through your whole body.

• 3. Go at your own pace

For best results, use for 2 to 3 hours during the day or night. There’s no strict rule — simply find the rhythm that feels right for you.

⚠️ A few contraindications to keep in mind:

• Extreme fatigue: Cold therapy may further reduce energy (end-of-life, post-op, severe exhaustion).
  
• First trimester of pregnancy: Out of caution, we don’t recommend perineal cold packs during the first three months. While no harmful effects have been proven, it’s safer to consult your doctor.
  
• Contractions or high-risk pregnancies: Not advised in these cases.
  
• Fertility treatments (PMA): The body is especially sensitive during this time.
  
• Other conditions: Raynaud’s syndrome, cold allergy or hypersensitivity, cryoglobulinemia.
