• 1 insert has an absorption capacity of more or less 15ml
• 2 inserts have an absorption capacity of more or less 25ml

After use, rinse or soak your period underwear and insert pads in cold water to remove excess blood. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a mesh laundry bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, or bleach. Put in the machine to dry at low or medium temperature or hang dry.
