Instructions & Tips

Before inserting Caya Diaphragm into the vagina, apply approximately 4 ml (one teaspoon) of Caya Diaphragm Gel to the cervical cup and the diaphragm's outer rim. The gel's acidic pH creates an inhospitable environment for sperm within the vagina.

Additionally, the gel positively influences vaginal health.

Furthermore, studies comparing various diaphragm gels and creams have shown that the lactic acid-based formula of this gel is as effective as products containing nonoxynol-9, but with a significantly reduced risk of side effects.
